This is a challenge I created out of boredom. This challenge is for the members of Reckless People Cafe blogring but anyone can participate as long as they follow the rules below :
RULES (1) Choose a retro theme music video (solo artist, a band or from a musical tv/movie/variety/theatre) (2) Write a blog explaining why you choose the video (3) Tag somebody to post the challenge (4) Do not tag somebody who already done the challenge (5) Post a link to the person who tagged you and the related blog (5) Copy and paste these rules in your blog
I chose the song "Cool Rider" sung by Michelle Pfeiffer from the 1982 movie Grease 2 because it reflects my love of motorcycles. It also express my desire to find a man who loves me and knows how to ride the motorcycle like a devil on wheels.
Love to see you recreate or lip sync to that song.
I love Michelle Pfeiffer and love the fact that her character Stephanie is more opinionated and stronger than Olivia Newton John's Sandy. Sandy is such a pushover and she turned from a wholesome sweet gal to trashy for Danny.
Grease 2 is more about a woman's independence. Grease 2's Stephanie doesn't to be a 'trophy girl' to Johnny and knows exactly what she wants in a man. In other words, she choooses her man and not vice versa
Argh... I opt out.
